Newberry AST Spill Container - 7.5 Gallon (SKU: ASC518M2290)

Description

This 7.5 gallon tank-top spill container is the largest of the top-fill range and is designed to contain the spills that occur at the fill point of an above-ground storage tank. It uses an offset male-threaded connection - the fill opening sits to one side of the bowl rather than in the centre - which saves space where the fill point is close to a manway, vent or other top fitting. The bowl is 12-gauge spun steel with a 14-gauge steel hinged cover, both powder coated white, and the cover accepts a padlock. Unlike the 3.5 gallon container this one includes a brass drain valve with a Viton o-ring, so accumulated product can be drained back into the tank. Newberry supplies these as Morrison Bros. FIG 518M AST spill containers. Note that the FIG 518 is not CARB approved, because of the drain.
