Freight Shipping Rate Policy

Freight shipping shown at checkout is an estimate and is subject to final carrier confirmation before shipment. Because large-item freight rates can change based on delivery location, dimensions, residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access locations, carrier corrections, or a backup rate generated when the carrier system does not return a live quote, the final freight charge may be different from the amount shown at checkout.

If the final freight charge is higher, Tank Supply Direct will contact you before shipment. We will not ship the order or charge any additional freight without your approval. You may approve the adjusted freight charge or cancel the order for a full refund before shipment.
