Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Policy

At TSD, many of our products are built-to-order and sourced directly from manufacturers. Because of this, orders move quickly into production and may not be eligible for cancellation once processing begins.

Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

All cancelled orders will be charged a 5% cancellation fee.


2. Cancellation After 24 Hours (Before Production Begins)

Orders cancelled after 24 hours, but before production has started, are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. This fee covers payment processing, administrative costs, and supplier charges.


3. Orders in Production (Non-Cancellable)

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

At this stage, we are financially committed to the manufacturer, and the full cost of the product has been incurred.


4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom, special-order, or made-to-order items may not be cancelled after 24 hours and, in many cases, enter production immediately after purchase. These items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once processing begins.


5. Important Notes

  • Production may begin shortly after your order is placed, sometimes within the 24-hour window.
  • If production has already started, cancellation requests cannot be approved.
  • If a cancellation is approved outside of the 24-hour window, applicable fees will be deducted from the refund.
