Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee.
Return Conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Customer will be charged a 5% restocking fee for all returns.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Providing return tracking information may help expedite the processing time.
Processing Time:
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 days for processing and for your refund to be issued.

Damaged Products & Warranty Claims
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged, please do the following:
- Inspect the package upon delivery and note any visible damage before signing.
- If damage is found, take clear photos of the packaging and product.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@tanksupplydirect.com or call 833-465-8265 to initiate a claim.
We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
