Description

The Storm Sentinel® Catch Basin Insert is purpose-built to stop sediment, debris, and pollutants from entering storm drains. This round, cone-style model features no overflow bypass, ensuring that all collected stormwater passes through the filtration fabric for maximum containment. Designed with an adjustable steel wire frame, it fits basins from 22" to 24" and allows for fast, one-person installation without tools.

The geotextile fabric traps contaminated sediment, while the cone depth provides increased capacity without protruding above the grate. Fully compliant with EPA, SPCC, and NPDES requirements, the insert is reusable until it can no longer maintain adequate water flow. For hydrocarbon capture, an optional oil-absorbing Spilltration® sorbent insert is available. Protected under U.S. Patent No. 10,384,155.
