Custom Roto-Molding tanks are covered by a 5-year manufacturer warranty from the date of original purchase against defects in material and workmanship. Coverage applies to tanks that are correctly installed and have not been subjected to abuse or misuse, and is for the benefit of the original end user. The warranty does not cover misuse, fire, accident, negligence, transit damage, unauthorized modifications, excessive external pressure, abnormal use, product loss through leakage, or related injury/property damage. Manufacturer liability is limited to repair or, at its option, replacement of a qualifying defective product, subject to written notice within the warranty period and return of the item to the point of manufacture with transportation prepaid.
