Description

The Texas Precast Model 1000LT is a 1000-gallon precast concrete lint interceptor cast at the Texas Precast plant in Santa Fe, Texas. It intercepts lint, fibre and washing solids from a commercial laundry's waste stream before they reach the sanitary sewer, where accumulated fibre mats and blocks the line. The tank is poured at a minimum 6,000 PSI compressive strength at 28 days and topped with two 24" traffic-duty cast iron manhole rings and lids. The manufacturer drawing lists an approximate working capacity of 1,296 gallons.
