Description

The BinMaster CNCR-120 (MPN: CNCR-120.XXXXXNBHB) is a compact 80 GHz non-contact radar sensor for continuous level measurement of liquids or bulk solids, with a measuring range of 49 ft (15 m) in liquids and an accuracy of +/- 0.08 in (2 mm). It mounts in a 1.5" threaded NPT opening, has a top pigtail connection with a 32 ft (10 m) polyurethane pigtail, and provides a two-wire 4-20 mA/HART® output on 12-35 VDC. It is approved for unclassified areas (non-EX environments). The sensor body measures 2.99" in diameter and 4.28" tall. The CNCR-110 (MPN: CNCR-110.XXXXXNBHB) uses the same housing with a 26 ft (8 m) range and 4-20 mA output.

The CNCR series focuses its 80 GHz signal into a narrow 8° beam that BinMaster describes as reliable in dust, condensation, turbulence and foam, with no dead zone in front of the antenna. The sensor is set up over Bluetooth from a phone or tablet app, and level data can go to BinCloud® software, a local display or a PLC.
