Warranty Information

RomoTech products are covered under Buyers Products' general warranty policy unless otherwise specified. Buyers Products warrants products and hardware it manufactures and/or distributes against defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of shipment when properly installed and used under normal conditions. Products that have been altered or modified, misused, involved in an accident, or not properly maintained are not covered, and normal wear is excluded. Buyers Products' responsibility under the warranty is limited to repair or replacement of an authorized returned product or part that is found to be defective. Return authorization is required before returning any product or part, and transportation and labor charges are not covered.
