The warranty does not cover misuse, fire, accident, negligence, transit damage, unauthorized modifications, excessive external pressure, abnormal use, product loss through leakage, or related injury/property damage. Manufacturer liability is limited to repair or, at its option, replacement of a qualifying defective product, subject to written notice within the warranty period and return of the item to the point of manufacture with transportation prepaid.
