Behlen Country warrants Flex Poly tanks against defects in manufacturing, material, or workmanship under normal use and service for three (3) years from the original date of purchase from a Behlen Country-authorized dealer. Coverage is extended only to the original end-use customer. Proof of purchase and date of purchase are required, and a warranty claim must be made no later than thirty (30) calendar days after expiration of the applicable warranty period. For an approved manufacturing, material, or workmanship defect, Behlen Country may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace it with a new or refurbished product, or provide the same, a similar, or an equivalent replacement. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage not caused by a covered defect, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, improper assembly, failure to follow operating instructions, misuse, unauthorized alteration or modification, accident, natural disaster, shipping damage, or other excluded causes stated in Behlen Country's Limited Warranty.
