Any part that proves defective, as determined by Quadel, within the warranty period will be repaired with a new or rebuilt part. If the product proves so defective that it precludes reasonable remedy, the purchaser's sole remedy is a refund of the purchase price. Quadel assumes no responsibility for removal, reinstallation, freight, labor or damages, whether direct, indirect or incidental. Liability does not apply to damage resulting from accident, tampering, alteration, design, inability to use, misuse or abuse. If the product is altered in any way from its original specifications, the warranty is void.
