Warranty period - Three (3) years from the original date of purchase (Behlen Country Limited Warranty, Rigid Poly and Flex Poly tanks).

Behlen Country Warranty Policy
Behlen Country warrants its products against defects in manufacturing, material, or workmanship under normal use and service for the applicable warranty period, from the original date of purchase from a Behlen Country-authorized dealer. Coverage is extended only to the original end-use customer. Proof of purchase and date of purchase are required, and a warranty claim must be made no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the warranty period expires. For an approved defect, Behlen Country may, at its discretion, repair the product with new or refurbished parts, replace it, or provide the same, a similar, or an equivalent product. Photos or return of the product for inspection may be requested, and a shipping and handling fee may apply. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage not caused by a covered defect, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, improper assembly or installation, failure to follow operating instructions, misuse, unauthorized alteration or modification, accident, natural disaster, shipping damage, use with non-Behlen products, or other causes excluded in Behlen Country's Limited Warranty.
