Fitting Only is the coupling by itself. Installed in Single Wall Tank or Installed in Double Wall Tank means Peabody welds the coupling into a new tank of that type; order it together with the tank.

Can a half coupling go in a double wall tank?
Peabody lists the double wall installation for full couplings only.
